1. Independent door

Each filter assembly, pre-filter, and high-efficiency filter is in a protective bag with a separate door for safe, economical, and optional maintenance services.

2. External flange

All housing flanges are flanged to facilitate field connection and keep them away from contaminated airflow.

3. Standard final filter

The basic housing is designed for use with standard HEPA filters. Filters include high-capacity high-efficiency filters, each with an air volume of up to 3400m3/h.

4. Seal bag

A sealed bag kit is used for each door. Each PVC sealed bag is 2700mm long.

5. Internal locking mechanism

All fluid-tight filters are sealed using an internally actuated locking arm.

6. Filter module

Primary filter - plate filter G4;

High-efficiency filter - high-efficiency filter H14 without partition in the liquid tank.

Bag in bag out filter features:

1. The installation, replacement, and detection of the filter are all carried out under the protection of the PVC bag (or the high-temperature bag), and the filter unit does not come into contact with the outside air at all.

2. When installing the filter for the first time, push the new filter unit into the filter box along the track to lock it, and then install the PVC bag on the specially designed flange mouth, and fasten it with a safety belt to ensure that the PVC bag and the flange are in contact with each other. Finally, fold the PVC bag and close the access door, so that the PVC bag and the filter unit are sealed together in the bag-in-bag-out box.

3. When replacing the filter unit, the staff opens the access door, puts both hands into the gloves on the PVC bag, releases the locking device of the filter unit, slides the used filter unit into the PVC bag, and then ties the bag in the middle Cut the section containing the filter unit so that the spent filter unit is removed from the box through the PVC bag. Then put the new filter unit into a new PVC bag, then put the new PVC bag on the flange mouth and tie it tightly, remove the remaining bag mouth on the flange, put it into the gloves of the new bag, tie it tightly and cut it off Then, roll up the new bag, close the access door and press it tightly, which completes the entire replacement process.

During the entire installation and replacement process, except for the first installation of the filter unit, all dirty filter units are removed and new filter units are entered through PVC bags to ensure that the entire system is isolated from the outside world. It can be replaced directly without fumigation and disinfection, saving a lot of money. time and more secure. It is also because of this way of replacing the filter unit that this type of filter equipment is vividly called bag in bag out (BIBO).
