The PTFE membrane microporous pleated filter element has excellent oxidation and chemical resistance, wide applicability, excellent chemical compatibility, and good oxidation resistance.

Definition of PTFE Microporous Membrane Pleated Filter Cartridge:

The PTFE polytetrafluoroethylene microporous membrane pleated filter element adopts natural hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) filter membrane and polypropylene material components manufactured in a controlled class 100 clean environment through advanced hot-melt sealing technology. Does not contain any adhesives and surfactants, the membrane stack is composed of a PTFE filter membrane and inlet diversion layer, which has excellent oxidation resistance and chemical resistance.

Performance characteristics of PTFE microporous membrane pleated filter element:

• Has excellent high-temperature resistance and wide chemical compatibility.

• All constituent materials meet the biological test characteristics of USP Class VI 121 ℃ plastic products and meet the food contact materials listed in the relevant provisions of Chapter 21 of the United States Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

• Natural hydrophobic material, suitable for sterilization and filtration of various gases.

• The filter batch has successfully passed the bacterial challenge test required by regulations, LRV >7, and can maintain its integrity after repeated high-pressure disinfection.

• Each filter element is tested for integrity before leaving the factory. The integrity detection limits used were validated against bacterial challenge test results.

• ISO9001 and ISO14001 systems and production in a 10,000-level clean environment.
