The working principle of the filter is: when the filter works, the water to be filtered enters through the nozzle, flows through the filter screen, and enters the pipeline required by the user through the outlet for process circulation. The particulate impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen. With this continuous cycle, more and more particles are intercepted and the filtration speed is slower and slower. The inlet sewage is still entering, and the filter hole will become smaller and smaller, resulting in the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. When the difference reaches the set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends an electrical signal to the controller. The control system starts the drive motor, the drive shaft rotates through the transmission parts, and the sewage outlet is opened and discharged from the sewage outlet. When the filter is cleaned, the differential pressure drops to a minimum and the system returns to the initial filter shape. The system operates normally. The filter is composed of a shell, a multi-element filter element, a backwashing mechanism and a differential pressure controller. The diaphragm in the shell divides the inner cavity into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is equipped with a plurality of filter elements, which fully fills the filter space and significantly reduces the volume of the filter. The lower chamber is equipped with a backwash suction cup.
When the filter works, the turbid liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet and enters the inner chamber of the filter element through the diaphragm hole. Impurities larger than the filter element groove are intercepted, and the purified liquid enters the upper chamber through the groove and is finally discharged from the outlet. The filter adopts high-strength wedge filter, which automatically cleans the filter elements through differential pressure control and timing control. When impurities accumulate on the surface of the filter element, the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet increases to the set value, or the timer reaches a predetermined time, the electric control box sends a signal to drive the backwash mechanism. When the backwash pumping hole is directly aligned with the inlet of the filter element, the sewage valve is opened. At this time, the system releases pressure and discharges water, and a negative pressure area appears between the suction cup and the filter element, and its relative pressure is lower than the water pressure outside the filter element. Some clean circulating water is forced to flow from the outside of the filter element into the inside of the filter element, and the impurity particles adsorbed on the inner wall of the filter element flow into the steam plate with the water and are discharged from the sewage valve. The specially designed filter screen produces jet effect inside the filter element, and any impurities will be washed away from the smooth inner wall. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter returns to normal or the timer setting time ends. In the whole process, the flow of materials is not cut off, the backwashing water consumption is less, and the continuous and automatic production is realized.
