High temperature and high-efficiency filter material description:

2. Precautions before using high temperature and high-efficiency filter

Because the organic silica gel and inorganic glue used in the high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter are cured on the surface in the curing process, the thicker the glue injection, the more difficult it is to cure. Under normal circumstances, the glue curing time is 3-7 days. The cured high-temperature and high-efficiency filters are directly loaded into the high-temperature equipment for normal use.

It is bound to cause high-temperature glue cracking, expansion, and glue separation from the outer frame and other phenomena; in view of the above problems, the following two solutions are specially made:

1 The high temperature and high-efficiency filter needs to be used normally after 7 days;

2 If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that the customer must operate the following methods before using our high-temperature high-efficiency filter:

The high-efficiency filter with a high-temperature resistance to 250 °C is slowly heated to 100 °C in the high-temperature equipment, and then stopped for cooling after 2 hours of constant temperature;

Adjust the temperature to 150°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

Adjust the temperature to 200°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

Adjust the temperature to 250°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

After the last slow cooling, it can be used normally.

350-400 ℃ high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter is slowly heated to 100 ℃ in the high-temperature equipment, and then shut down for cooling after 2 hours of constant temperature;

Adjust the temperature to 150°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

Adjust the temperature to 200°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

Adjust the temperature to 250°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

Adjust the temperature to 300°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

Adjust the temperature to 350°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

Adjust the temperature to 400°C for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling

After the last slow cooling, it can be used normally
