Precautions for using V-bank air filter

The v-bank filter is composed of multiple V-bank with thin filter paper without partitions, which effectively expands the filtering area and reduces the structural resistance of the filter. The air volume is large, the resistance is small, and the service life is long.

Features of v-bank air filter:

1. The v-bank air filter adopts an ABS engineering plastic frame, which is light in weight and has low initial resistance. This filter screen is especially suitable for complex operating systems, such as high wind speed systems, variable air volume systems, high humidity or corrosive environment, and other special requirements of the system. The high-volume high-efficiency filter uses plastic frame waste filters that can be incinerated, which is conducive to environmental protection and saves garbage disposal costs.

2. High dust-holding capacity, no partition design: The filter is made of ultra-fine, moisture-proof, fire-resistant glass fiber, and the thermoplastic spacer ensures the same pleat spacing, ensuring that good airflow can pass through with little resistance. The same pleat spacing makes full use of the entire depth of the filter material to ensure greater dust holding capacity.

3. High air volume type: Compared with an ordinary high-efficiency filter, V-type high-efficiency filters can use fewer filters under the same air volume, reduce cost, reduce installation space and save installation time.

V-bank air filter precautions:

1. When customizing the w-type air filter, if different filter papers are selected, the filtration efficiency will be very different;

2. The rated air volume is high, H11 and above are HEPA filters, and a large air volume characterizes a high-efficiency filter with large air volume. When the surface wind speed is 2.7m/s, the rated air volume of a standard filter of 595x595x292mm can reach 3200m3/h or so. When selecting, special attention should be paid to whether it matches the rated air volume, to avoid unnecessary consequences;

3. Such filters should be installed at the very end of the central air conditioner. Since the Hepa filter paper needs to be waterproof, the filter may become wet with water which may make the filter efficiency unstable. Therefore, such high-volume high-efficiency filters should try to avoid humid environments;

4. On many occasions, the high-efficiency filter v-type large air volume can be interchanged with the bag filter (refer to F8 bag-type medium-efficiency filter). The large-air volume filter takes up less space compared with the bag filter. But the price is also slightly higher. If you customize this filter, you can consider replacing it with a bag-type filter to save costs;

5. The waste filter of the plastic frame can be incinerated, which is more conducive to environmental protection and saves the cost of filter garbage disposal;
