Dispensing Booth also called negative pressure weighing chamber, is a kind of local air purification equipment specially used for weighing raw and auxiliary materials in pharmaceutical factories.

It provides a vertical single airflow, in which part of the airflow is circulated in the working area, and the other part of the airflow is filtered by a high-efficiency filter and then discharged from the equipment, so that the interior of the equipment can form a negative pressure relative to the outside to prevent dust from spreading and cross-contamination. And protect the safety of staff and the surrounding environment.

Structural features of Dispensing Booth:

This equipment is composed of a working area, return air box, fan box, air outlet box, and outer box.

The control panel is located in the front of the internal working area of the equipment, and the control panel adopts a touch-type LED control panel;

It can control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the working condition of the fan, and adjust the wind speed required in the work area (after the equipment is installed and used, the working condition needs to be adjusted by specialized personnel).

There is a differential pressure gauge next to it to test the resistance of the filter. There is also an exhaust adjustment plate inside the air supply box; the exhaust air volume of the equipment can be adjusted within a reasonable range (after the equipment is installed in place, the personnel will design the test, do not adjust without authorization).
