Structural features of the Dispensing Booth：

The equipment consists of a working area, a return air chamber, a fan chamber, an outlet air chamber, and an outer chamber. Control panel

The control panel is located on the front side of the working area inside the equipment. The control panel is a light-touch LED control panel, which allows you to control the start and stop of the fan, adjust the fan condition, and adjust the air speed required in the working area (when the equipment is installed and used, the condition needs to be adjusted by a special person). There is a differential pressure gauge next to the unit to test the resistance of the filter. Inside the air supply cabinet, there is also an air exhaust adjustment panel to adjust the air exhaust volume within a reasonable range (after the unit is installed and tested by a specialist, please do not adjust it without permission).

Principle of operation of the Dispensing Booth：

The equipment adopts a vertical one-way flow of air, and the return air must first be pre-filtered through a primary filter to dispose of the large particles of dust in the air.

The pre-treated air is then filtered twice through the medium efficiency filter to fully protect the high-efficiency filter. Under the pressure provided by the centrifugal fan, the air is passed through the high-efficiency filter to meet the cleanliness requirements. The clean air flow is sent into the air supply box, 90% through the even flow air supply screen to form a uniform vertical air supply, and 10% through the air volume adjustment panel to discharge the equipment. All air is treated with a high-efficiency filter, so that the supply air and exhaust air are free of residual dust, avoiding secondary contamination. Due to the steady unidirectional flow in the working area, the dust emitted in this area is captured by the primary and secondary filters under the influence of the unidirectional airflow. The unit has a 10% exhaust air supply, which creates a negative pressure in relation to the outside environment and ensures to a certain extent that the dust in this area does not spread outside, thus protecting the outside environment.
