LENGE Fan Filter Units (FFU) are ceiling module diffusers consisting of a HEPA filter, fan, and control system. The module is designed to provide unidirectional vertical airflow of filtered, clean air over a cleanroom space by removing harmful airborne particles from recirculating air. FFU creates a positive room pressure that reduces the contamination risk from potential ceiling bypasses.

FFU models will have three stickers located on the back of the plenum. For ease of troubleshooting assistance, replacement parts, and general factory assistance, it is recommended that the order number and model line string be used as reference. This information can be found on the Factory Label.

Fan Filter Units Features:

The fan filter unit can use a variety of ways to control the speed;

Extremely low operating power consumption, effectively reducing costs;

A built-in air duct diversion system reduces noise and pressure loss, increases the service life of the fan, and improves the working efficiency of the fan;

Can be easily matched with various high efficiency (HEPA) and ULPA;

Multi-blade centrifugal fan can provide high air volume and high static pressure conditions; ensuring its use in different environments;

Suitable for clean rooms with the cleanliness of Class 1-1000; especially suitable for assembling ultra-clean production lines, which can be configured for single or multiple uses according to the needs of the process, or can be connected in series to form a 100-level assembly line;

HEPA (High-Efficiency Particulate Air) filters are 99.99% efficient at removing particles ≥ 0.3 microns.
