The staff operates under such sterile conditions, and the clean bench keeps the sterile material free from contamination during the transfer inoculation process. But in the event of a power outage in the middle of an operation, materials exposed to unfiltered air are not immune to contamination. At this time, the work should be terminated quickly, and a mark should be made on the bottle. If the material in the bottle is in the proliferation stage, it will not be used for proliferation in the future and will be transferred to the rooting culture. How to use the clean workbench:

The service life of the ultra-clean bench is related to the cleanliness of the air. In temperate regions, ultra-clean benches can be used in general laboratories. However, in tropical or subtropical regions, due to the high amount of pollen in the atmosphere, or areas with high dust, ultra-clean bench clean benches should be placed in a better double room. Doors for indoor use. Under no circumstances should the air inlet hood of the ultra-clean bench face an open door or window, so as not to affect the service life of the filter.

The sterile room should be regularly sprayed with 70% alcohol or 0.5% phenol for dust reduction and disinfection, wipe the tabletops and utensils with 2% Xinjieerfang (70% alcohol is also acceptable), and use formalin (40% formaldehyde) with a small amount of permanganic acid. Potassium is regularly sealed and fumigated, combined with ultraviolet sterilization lamps (on for more than 15 minutes each time) and other disinfection and sterilization methods so that the sterile room is often kept in a highly sterile state. The inside of the inoculation box should also be equipped with an ultraviolet lamp, and the lamp should be turned on for more than 15 minutes before use for sterilization. When the ultraviolet lamp is turned on for a long time, it can stimulate the oxygen molecules in the air to associate with ozone molecules. This gas component has a strong bactericidal effect and can produce a bactericidal effect on the corners that are not directly exposed to the ultraviolet rays. Since ozone is harmful to health, you should turn off the UV light before entering the operation, and you can enter after more than ten minutes.
