The detection unit is adjacent to the filter surface consisting of the filter and its frame, and a sampling device is located 1 inch (25 mm) away from the filter surface. The sampling device will make a serpentine motion along the entire filter surface at a maximum speed of 10 fpm ( 50 mm/s) so that the filter surface and sealing area of the filter equipment can be inspected at any time or according to the requirements of use. The entire inspection device is also enclosed in the box with a PVC bag, and the sampling and analysis devices are connected to the box through quick connectors. In addition, all sampling ports are equipped with small HEPA, which also ensures the sealing and safety of the entire detection section.

It has been proved by experiments that this detection method can completely simulate and replace the traditional aerosol detection method. Compared with the traditional method, it has obvious advantages and can save 10 times the pipe diameter length upstream and downstream of the filter required by the traditional method. The mixed-flow section air duct can ensure that the filter equipment is as close to the air outlet as possible, improve the safety of the entire system, and save a lot of air duct installation space.
