Application of high efficiency filter in ultra-clean workbench

The high-efficiency air outlet is the terminal equipment in the purification air supply system. In order to obtain a better static pressure before the air passes through the HEPA filter, the high-efficiency filter can make the airflow evenly. First, The high-efficiency filter is mainly used to capture particulate dust and various suspended solids of 0.3um and below, and the filtration efficiency is 99.99%@0.3um. The ultra-fine glass fiber paper is used as the filter material, and the offset paper, aluminum film, and other materials are used as the dividing plates, which are glued with aluminum alloy. The working principle of the ultra-clean workbench: The workbench is equipped with a high-efficiency centrifugal workbench special fan. After being filtered by the primary filter and the high-efficiency filter (filtration efficiency 99.99% 0.3um), the working area inside the workbench is horizontal or vertical. It is one of the important purification equipment that is preferred for improving process conditions and ensuring cleanliness.

Second, the ultra-clean workbench is a local clean workbench with strong versatility, which is widely used in electronics, LED, circuit boards, national defense, precision instruments, instruments, food, pharmaceuticals, and other industries. The outer box of the ultra-clean workbench is made of a cold-rolled steel plate with multi-layer electrostatic spraying, and the table top is a sanded stainless steel plate; the two sides of the tabletop are equipped with transparent laminated glass baffles, which makes the work area appear spacious and bright. The commonly used plates for the production of ultra-clean workbenches are cold-rolled steel plates (A3 plates) and stainless steel plates (SUS201, SUS304, SUS316, etc.). Third, the ultra-clean workbench is equipped with a high-efficiency filter without a partition. No separator mainly uses hot sol as the separator of the filter element, which is convenient for mechanized production. In addition, it has the advantages of small size, lightweight, easy installation, stable efficiency, and uniform wind speed. The high-efficiency filter in the ultra-clean workbench depends on the working environment, and the replacement cycle is usually eight to twelve months.

Fourth, the ultra-clean workbench can be used independently according to the process requirements, or multiple units can be connected in series to form a 100-level ultra-clean flow assembly production line.
