The high-efficiency air outlet is the terminal equipment in the purification air supply system. In order to obtain a better static pressure before the air passes through the HEPA filter, the high-efficiency filter can make the airflow evenly. The HEPA box that requires on-site leak detection is equipped with a PAO sol dust inlet and an upstream concentration detection port, as well as a differential pressure detection port and a diffusion plate based on customer requirements.

High-efficiency filter air outlet type:

The sealing methods include dry sealing, wet sealing, and dry and wet double sealing. The high-efficiency filter air outlet is the terminal equipment in the air purification system. In a broad sense, it also includes a laminar flow hood, fan filter unit (FFU), self-purifier, etc.

High-efficiency filter air outlet structure:

The high-efficiency filter air outlet is composed of a high-efficiency filter and a static pressure box, and it also includes a diffuser plate, a pressure frame, and other components. The static pressure box is made of a cold-rolled steel plate, and the surface is treated with plastic spraying or baking paint. It is welded with lifting rings, screws, nuts (for pressing high-efficiency filters), and air inlet flanges.

High-efficiency filter air outlet classification:

1. High-efficiency filter air outlet with diffuser plate

The opening of the diffuser plate is generally 8mm, and the diffuser plate has a convex structure, which has a good diffusion effect on the clean airflow.

2. High-efficiency filter air outlet with flat diffuser plate

The diffuser plate of the air supply port of the high-efficiency filter is on a plane, with oblique slit air outlets in the periphery, and a group of round holes with a diameter of about 3 mm in the middle.

3. Insulation type high-efficiency filter air outlet

In a clean room, the supply air temperature is lower than the indoor temperature in summer and generally higher than the indoor temperature in winter. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct thermal insulation treatment on the wall of the static pressure box of the air supply port of the high-efficiency filter to ensure that the air supply parameters meet the design requirements. The air supply port of the thermal insulation high-efficiency filter is to paste the thermal insulation material that meets the requirements on the inner wall of the static pressure box, and then cover the outer surface of the thermal insulation material with thin galvanized steel to prevent the thermal insulation material from dusting.

4. Top-inlet and side-inlet high-efficiency filter air supply ports

These two types of high-efficiency filter air supply ports are widely used in engineering. The high-efficiency filter air supply port for top-inlet air requires a large installation space, that is, a large space should be left above the ceiling, and its air intake airflow should be large. Good diffusion in the static pressure box, this high-efficiency filter air outlet is suitable for new buildings or high-rise buildings.

The inlet airflow of the side inlet high-efficiency filter air supply port needs to be turned in the static pressure box, and the diffusion performance is not as good as that of the top inlet air, but the installation space required is small, and the height of the ceiling interlayer can be installed as small as 800mm. Therefore, it is suitable for low-rise buildings, especially when existing buildings are transformed into clean rooms, but the air inlet flange should be detachable, otherwise, it cannot be installed in the installation hole of the ceiling.
