Compact ULPA filters are mainly installed at the end of a 0.1μm clean room to control particulates that are larger than 0.1μm in the clean room. The grade of the filters normally range  from U15 to U17 and used for the cleanliness ISO 5 level or even higher. All Compact UPLA filters are subject to scanning and performance tests according to EN1822.
